Talk about some serious public relations spin! I just sat down to have a cup of yogurt for lunch and happened to glance at the ingredients on the back of the container and I noticed a phrase I had never seen before..."Contains Live and Active Yogurt Cultures." Just a bit of advise if you like yogurt and have weak stomach don't click here, but if you enjoy learning it might be worth your time. Despite having an unusual make up Yogurt is still an excellent food to add to your diet.
