Kevin DiLorenzo, former CEO at Olson, is joining advertising veterans Bob Barrie and Stuart D’Rozario as Partner and President of their awardwinning, independent, creative agency. In conjunction with DiLorenzo’s start, Barrie D’Rozario Murphy (aka BD’M), is changing its name to Barrie D’Rozario DiLorenzo, or BD’D for short (bdd.us).
“We’ve been looking for the perfect third partner for about a year now. Kevin is everything we were looking for, and more,” said Stuart D’Rozario, the agency’s current President who will become the
agency’s CEO & Chief Creative Officer. “Kevin’s depth of experience along with his strategic and
business smarts will make him a great asset for all our clients. And, as we expand our offering to
include a footprint in New York and San Francisco, there couldn’t be a better time.”
Over the past seven years, Barrie D’Rozario Murphy has worked with a roster of Blue Chip clients, including Dell, Lands’ End, Medtronic, United Airlines, UnitedHealth Group, Optum, Applied Materials, Wagner, and Best Buy. From the beginning, BD’M’s unique ‘no walls’ philosophy
has made sure that no barriers come between the agency, its clients, and innovative ideas to help them succeed. In 2009, BD’M was named “Best Small Agency in the U.S.” by the American Association of Advertising Agencies for demonstrating creative excellence across a range of clients and channels. When David Murphy – one of BD’M’s namesake partners – left the agency a year ago, a great opportunity opened up.
“I couldn’t be more excited about what’s next for me,” said DiLorenzo. “I’ve always admired
BD’M. The agency’s incredible creative pedigree, its ‘no walls’ approach to creating innovative,
multi-discipline and channel campaigns, and the opportunity to partner with two of my favorite
people in the business, made this the right move to make.”
During DiLorenzo’s decade-long tenure at Olson as its President and CEO, the agency
emerged as a nationally recognized industry player and grew to become one of the top 10
independent, full-service agencies in North America.
“Since working with Kevin at Fallon years ago, I’ve watched from afar as he grew to be one of the
smartest strategic minds in the business. It will be a great pleasure to team with him at BD’D as we
expand our offering to the East and West coast. This is going to be fun,” said Bob Barrie, Partner
and Executive Creative Director.
