OLSON has promoted marketing director Ryan Linder to vice president. At the agency, he leads the charge on all new business efforts. Linder joined OLSON from Jack Morton Worldwide in January 2007 as an interactive account supervisor, and moved to new business marketing director the following year.

Ryan holds a degree in advertising and public relations, and is pursuing an MBA at the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis. He and his wife have two small boys — which means when he rides his semi-custom motorcycle he always wears his helmet.
