Minnesota-based aimClear® Drives Rapid Growth with Four New Marketing Hires

aimClear, a highly decorated digital marketing agency, added four marketing professionals to its team of integrated search and social media marketers. New team members Lea Scudamore, Alexis LeBlanc, Rachel Malone-Olson and Brian Voit, bring over two decades of experience to service rapid company growth and global client intake.

“The addition of several new clients, from iconic brands to disruptive Silicon Valley rockstars, has driven rapid expansion. We’re thrilled to welcome fresh new talent to serve our growing clientele and help us scale,” said Marty Weintraub, aimClear’s founder.

With more than 12 years of search engine optimization (SEO) experience, joins aimClear as a production manager. Prior to aimClear, Scudamore managed a team of digital marketers in her role as supervisor at ARI, where she coordinated SEO for more than 7,000 websites. Additionally, she played a lead role in maximizing Internet-driven sales and conducting AdWords set-up for financial advisors. Scudamore’s range of talents is an incredible asset to aimClear’s production team.

brings seven years of graphic design experience to his position as graphic designer at aimClear. LeBlanc comes to the agency from Chester Creek Technologies, where he worked as an in-house graphic designer and sales representative. LeBlanc’s diverse background in online and print ad creation, knowledge of new technologies and strong customer service skills will strongly support design initiatives for the agency’s clients.

With four years of professional experience, joins aimClear as an associate social account manager. Malone-Olson brings global perspective to aimClear, having previously served as an associate at a digital marketing agency in Argentina. Prior to aimClear, she was a project coordinator at Compudyne, where she managed projects involving server migrations. Malone-Olson will deliver production support to agency clients ranging from startups to established companies.

will serve as production specialist at aimClear. In this role he will produce advertising content for Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. Prior to aimClear, Brian ran a commercial photography and design company startup. In this position, he directed paid social efforts by monitoring and promoting brands across multiple channels. Brian’s efforts will support ongoing production needs for aimClear’s growing roster of clients.
