Flores brings a wealth of management skills to his new position along with broad creative and digital expertise. At The Flores Shop, he led advertising and branding campaigns for clients including Allianz Global Assistance, American Cancer Society, Boston College, ChildFund International, Delta Dental of Virginia, Dunkin Donuts, Kroger, Owens & Minor, Rolls-Royce, Swedish Match and Walmart. Prior to forming his own business, Flores worked for agencies Elevation, PowerPact and RightMinds. He also served in the corporate sector with Circuit City.

He has been published in multiple design industry books, including “LogoLounge” and “Designing for the Greater Good,” and has been a guest speaker on HOW Design Webcasts and the HOW Freelancer Design Conference..
