CLICK Talent Launches in Twin Cities

CLICKTalent, a third-party permanent placement recruitment firm servicing the Twin Cities marketing and advertising agency market, today announced its official brand launch.

CLICK Talent, formerly FRWD Talent Services, remains part of the FRWD Co. family, with offices in the North Loop neighborhood in downtown Minneapolis. Kathryn Duncan, managing partner of CLICK Talent, spearheads third-party recruitment and transition services for digital advertising, media and marketing professionals.

“Our value proposition for clients and candidates has evolved in the past two years, and we wanted our brand to more accurately reflect our evolution and approach to recruitment. We are told time and again that we are a different breed of recruiters. Our process, while seemingly simple, is personal and multi-faceted,” said Duncan.

CLICK Talent’s goal is to know talent with strong digital experience. CLICK’s recruiters proactively meet, document and assess each person they connect with, representing talent only after it is ensured they are highly qualified, reliable, ethical, and have the right attitude and culture fit for CLICK’s clients. Duncan launched FRWD Talent Services in 2010. Since then, the firm has grown in terms of size and capabilities. Currently, CLICK offers an expanded team of recruiters and a diversified service portfolio that includes perspectives on how to smartly build, grow and retain your digital team in addition to workshops to help mid-sized companies navigate a layoff situation.

“We believe the future of client relationships blends integration, trust and partnership. This is another success story in support of this model. The CLICK team speaks to thousands of people a year, and thus has a unique pulse on what works and what doesn’t work in the assessment and retention of digital and integrated talent. It is this valuable insight that marketing and advertising leaders need to ensure their digital teams are poised for success,” said John Grudnowski, FRWD Founder and CEO.
