As director of emerging marketing, Leapaldt works with cross-functional teams, creating and executing social media plans. He also educates clients and agency personnel on emerging platforms, leveraging technology to drive performance.

Leapaldt comes to Gage from Target Corp. where he was a manager of social business strategy. While at Target, Leapaldt was an initial member of the product team for Cartwheel, a personalized savings application. Cartwheel is a simpler, easier way to keep track of the offers customers want most and makes everything available on a computer or mobile device. By leveraging technology, social, and data, Leapaldt and the Cartwheel team were able to create the optimal user experience, fuel performance marketing and cultivate two million active users within six months.
