Carmichael Lynch Hires Huerta as Recruiting Director

Ed Huerta has been named strategic recruiting director for Carmichael Lynch. In this role, Huerta is responsible for directing the development and implementation of programs designed to attract and retain top talent for Carmichael Lynch.

Huerta previously served as vice president, director of project management and creative manager at Campbell Mithun in Minneapolis. While there, he implemented and oversaw project management and creative administration, and served as a recruiter for the creative department. Other previous roles have included serving as a partner, director of project management and creative services for J. Walter Thompson, project director for Leo Burnett, and creative recruiter for Manuela Guidi, all of which are located in Chicago, Ill.

Outside of work, Huerta serves as a committee member of the 4As Project Management Task Force, and as a board member of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Project Management Club.

Huerta received his bachelor of arts in speech and performing arts from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
