Tate Nolan has been promoted to creative director at OLSON. She was previously an associate creative director. She leads projects for Target, including for fashion, home and beauty, limited-time only designers, licensing and Back to College.

"Tate is a remarkable talent," says Tom Fugleberg, executive creative director, OLSON. "She has all the design craft in the world, but also has the mindset of a great director, spotting opportunities before they present themselves and building bridges internally and with her clients. She's beyond just tactics, she’s an architect of movements.”

Nolan has been at OLSON for four years, joining from MRM Partners (previously Zentropy Partners). She holds a BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art + Design, with an emphasis in Interactive Media, and studied graphic design at the University of Brighton in the UK. By night, she skates as Glam Slam with the Minnesota RollerGirls, So don’t mess with her.
