AdFed - Minnesota Magazine Day is May 12

Minnesota Magazine Day is the Twin Cities largest celebration of magazines, created and operated by and for magazine and media industry executives. The program features an all-you-can-grab magazine display room and a luncheon that includes an exciting keynote address from Michael Clinton, executive VP, CMO and publishing director of Hearst Corporation

Magazine ad sellers, buyers, and their clients in the upper Midwest attend this event. Chicago magazine sales reps that cover Minneapolis can also be found in attendance. The Minnesota Magazine Day typically draws 300-325 people, and displays 150-200 magazines.

Doors open at 11:00am, and we encourage attendees to fill a shopping bag or tote with as many magazines as they can grab - FOR FREE!

Registration Information:
To ensure your seat, reserve your space by May 7, 2010. Payment must accompany registration. On day of event, limited walk-in registration accepted for individuals only, not tables. Table reservations MUST include the names of all the persons at the table. Table reservations received after May 5 cannot be honored. Individual reservations after May 7 will include a $10 late fee. Please note that no-shows will be billed. Cancellations must be made by May 3 to qualify for a refund.

To participate as a magazine sponsor of MN Magazine Day, return sponsor form with your payment to Ad Fed by April 9. As sponsor you must send 125 copies of each magazine title you have registered to display. Please return only the form and payment at this time. Do not ship the magazines. Fees are:
1 title: $115
2 titles: $110/ea
3 titles: $105/ea
4 titles: $100/ea
More than 4: $90/ea
