Tunheim Partners Hires Patrow

Tunheim Partners, a Minneapolis-based public relations and public affairs agency, is pleased to announce that Kris Patrow has joined the company as an account supervisor.

Patrow brings more than 20 years of national and international media experience with expertise in the health care industry. She is a former broadcast journalist who specializes in media relations, communications strategy and production.

Patrow possesses a deep understanding of the health care industry and the policies affecting it. She is knowledgeable on topics ranging from medical procedures and devices to industry regulations. For six years, Patrow was the senior producer for “American Medical Television” where she researched the latest medical advances and innovations in medical technology.

Patrow is an award-winning broadcast journalist. She worked for KSTP for six years as their weekend morning news anchor. She was also a weekday reporter and was the station's primary reporter covering the health care industry. Patrow was responsible for monitoring and spearheading coverage of medical breakthroughs, health warnings, new technology, product safety, pharmaceuticals, and regulations.

Prior to joining Tunheim Partners Patrow worked as a producer/reporter for The Mercury Group, a national production company. She covered health care issues during the 2004 presidential election and helped clients such as Doctors for Medical Liability Reform, a national coalition of doctors, push for reform during the presidential election.
